Bed and Breakfast prices at The Manor Farmhouse

Prices & Booking Conditions from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008

Double/Twin ensuite - £32.50 per person per night to include breakfast 
                                      £55 for single occupation Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
                                      £50 for single occupation Monday - Thursday

Double (not ensuite)   £30 per person per night to include breakfast 
                                     £50 for single occupation Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
                                     £45 for single occupation Monday - Thursday
                                     Discounts for children sharing this room when booked with double ensuite 

Discounts                    5% on reservations of 5 nights
                                     10% on reservations of 6 nights
                                     7 nights for the price of 6 
                                     Bookings longer than 7 days - prices by arrangement
                                     All discounted bookings subject to payment on, or prior to, arrival

Deposits                       We require a deposit of £25 per room for reservations of 1 - 3 nights
                                     10% per person deposit on reservations of 4+ nights
                                     Deposits are non-refundable on reservations of 1 - 3 nights
                                     10% deposits are only refundable if we are able to re-let accommodation
                                     Refunded deposits are subject to a £5 administration charge and a £2.50
                                     credit/debit card charge if applicable.

We welcome children 7+ Prices vary according to ages of children, sharing parents room etc.
Children 15+ charged at full rate - discounted if sharing room with parents or younger child.

We are a non smoking house and we regret we are unable to accept dogs or other pets except guide dogs

We reserve the right to accept bookings of minimum two nights at peak times and weekends, but we do try to accommodate all booking requests                             

We accept payment by cheque, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro. We make a small charge of £2.50 for bills settled by credit card.  This is not applied to deposits, or bills settled by debit card.

Arrival & Departure 

Arrival time is after 4.00 pm (3.30 pm in the winter) We will always try to accommodate
requests for earlier arrivals, especially for guests wishing to change for  weddings etc   
We appreciate guests arriving with us before 11.30 pm if possible to avoid disturbing others
We expect rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure but bags, cars etc can be left
with us until they need to be collected.
